Celebrate Cupcake-Style

Cupcake Celebration

I needed to make a birthday card for a friend who is a fellow Stampin’ Up demonstrator (hope you had a great birthday, Wendy!).  I hadn’t used the Create a Cupcake stamp set and coordinating punch in a long time, so I thought this was the perfect occasion to pull them out.

I sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds glitter over the cupcake frosting to give it a little sparkle, and I colored the Rhinestone Basic Jewels with a pink Sharpie marker to make the colored rhinestones.

Enjoy your Friday!  Thanks for stopping by!

Banners & a Cupcake

I thought this week’s Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge was a cute sketch, so I decided to play along.

I hadn’t used the cupcake punch or stamp set in a long time, and it’s so cute.  It needed to go with a cute sketch, right?  So I thought the two should go together.

I know just who I need to give this card to next week.  Thanks for stopping by today!
