I love this stamp!  It’s from the Hip Hip Hooray Card Kit.  And I love this fun confetti dot card base!  It’s from the Good as Gold Simply Sent Kit (a free Sale-a-Bration offering).  Even though individually these kits have all you need to make many cute cards, it’s also fun to mix them up.
