Detailed with Love Birthday Combo — Monday Montage #117

Welcome to another Monday Montage blog hop!  We are a group of nine stampers who love to share what we create with you, and all you have to do to follow along is click on the links at the bottom of each post.

I love the pretty, feminine paper in the Garden Impressions dsp stack.  It pairs beautifully with the Detailed with Love stamp set.  I used the two products to make a little birthday ensemble — a gift box using the Clear Tiny Treat Boxes and a 3″ x 3″ card.

The card base is made from Petal Pink card stock.  This is one of the new colors, and it is such a pretty shade of pink.  It’s almost a little peachy.

I used one of the border strips in the gorgeous Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper packs, and applied it as a top and bottom border along the dsp strip.  I also cut some leaves from another sheet from this specialty dsp and colored them with a Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Write Marker.  Some Blossoms Elements were added as embellishments, as was a little bit of metallic ribbon.

For the cute little box, I used the same dsp, ribbon, and stamp set.  This was super quick and easy to whip up.

More Sneak Peeks — Monday Montage #115

Welcome to another Monday Montage blog hop!  We are a group of nine stampers who love to share what we create with you, and all you have to do to follow along is click on the links at the bottom of each post.

I have a couple of sneak peeks for you today from the upcoming new Annual catalog.  These new products will be available June 1.  They all feature a new set of Thinlits dies, Springtime Impressions.

On this first card, I die-cut the pretty corner floral image from Whisper White cardstock and used a sponge dauber to add color.  This was easy and quick, as I wasn’t trying to be exact with my placement.  I was aiming for more of a watercolored effect.

The sentiment is from a new stamp set that will also be released with the new catalog, called Detailed with Love.

Another die in this set is a beautiful butterfly.

I also die-cut this from Whisper White card stock and added color with a sponge dauber and ink, concentrating on applying more ink to the center of the butterfly.

The medallion images and sentiment come from the Detailed with Love stamp set.

Here is a little box that was decorated with this butterfly.  I used some Rose Glimmer Paper that will be available in the new catalog as well.  The leaves are from the Bouquet Bunch Framelits set.

I also used a little Petal Pink Rhinestone Gem in the center of the butterfly that will be available in the new catalog on June 1.  They come in different gem shapes and are such a pretty pink.

The new catalog is only one month away!  What do you think of these new dies?  I do love how detailed they are.

A Couple of Sneak Peeks — Monday Montage #114

Welcome to another Monday Montage blog hop!  We are a group of nine stampers who love to share what we create with you, and all you have to do to follow along is click on the links at the bottom of each post.

I have a couple of sneak peeks for you today from the upcoming new Annual catalog.  These new products will be available June 1.

Both of these cards feature a stamp set called Detailed with Love and some dsp called Garden Impressions, which has beautiful floral and watercolor prints.

There are several beautiful sentiments in this set.  I love the mix of fonts and the sweet messages.  For this card, I used Berry Burst ink to stamp the sentiment and cut it out with one of the Layering Oval Framelits.  The little flowers come from this stamp set too, and were cut out with my paper snips, and Pearl Basic Jewels were placed in their centers.  I looped some Whisper White 1/8″ Sheer Ribbon under the focal image.

How about that paper?!  I love the pretty colors.  If you look closely, you can see some of the new colors (the background is Soft Sea Foam, and there are some splashes of Mango Melody and Shaded Spruce).

This next card uses the same stamp set and dsp.  I looped some Crushed Curry 3/8″ Mini Chevron Ribbon (it’s retiring, so stock up now) under the focal image.

The little flowers are from a new die set, Springtime Impressions Thinlits.  This thinlits set has some beautifully detailed dies, and this one is the smallest.  I’ll have some other cards that feature the other dies on another day.

To add a little interest to the sentiment panel, I took a sponge dauber and applied a little So Saffron ink.  The flower centers were finished with some Clear Faceted Gems.
