I wanted to play along with the sketch challenge at the Freshly Made Sketches site. I love this sketch! When LeAnne said this is her “go to” sketch, I had to laugh because it is one that I use as my “go to” sketch also. It’s just a versatile sketch, I guess!
I haven’t used the Postage Due stamp set very much since I got it, and I love it. So I pulled it out for this sketch. I embossed it on the gray card stock with clear embossing powder and then tried to distress it with some Crumb Cake ink and a sponge dauber and my scissors. With all of the coordinating punches and dies that Stampin’ Up sells, this was a pretty quick and easy card to make.
Enjoy your Thursday! Thanks for stopping by!

Very nice! Believe it or not – I do not have this set! I keep thinking I need to get it because of all the great cards I’ve seen with it. This card reinforces that I need this set!
Such a pretty card, I really like the colour combination.

Hi Amy! I love how you layered the stamped images! Even with all the distressing, your card has a beautiful clean feel to it! Love it!
