Phone Booth

thanks in a phone booth

Here’s a sneak peek of a stamp set that will be included in the Sale-a-Bration offerings starting January 22nd.  This set includes three detailed vintage-style images and a sentiment, and I love them all.

When my husband peeked in on me as I was finishing this one up, he told me he “didn’t get it.”  He didn’t understand what the “thanks” ticket, two cent stamp, ruler and phone booth had to do with each other.  Hmmm….  I told him that they were all things that I like — simple as that.  Maybe I won’t be sending this one out in the mail.  🙂

Have a great Tuesday!  Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies Used:
Stamps:  Feeling Sentimental (available Jan. 22), That’s the Ticket, Postage Due, Fabulous Phrases, Measuring Stick

  1. LOL! Men!!!!! They just don’t get it….just like fashion, things don’t have to match but just coordinate! My hubby tells me my outfits don’t match all the time…well duh! That’s the idea….they don’t have to match they just have to “go”. And this card goes!!!! 🙂

  2. Too funny – is your husband an engineer? I made my first chalkboard card a couple of days ago and showed it to my husband. He said “I don’t think anyone would write that [oh, hello] on a chalkboard.” He IS an engineer.

    • lol! No, he’s not an engineer but he is a project manager — a lot of similarities. But I can’t make fun of that as I was a CPA and there are a million jokes about that personality. 🙂 Thanks for making me smile this morning, Tina!
