A Summer Silhouettes Collage

I pulled out my Summer Silhouettes stamp set and decided to just make something for fun.

Summer Silhouettes Collage

I started by spritzing a white card base with a mixture of rubbing alcohol and Strawberry Slush re-inker.  Then I stamped the mosaic strip with Basic Gray ink and added some Delicate Details Lace Tape (it’s kinda hard to see in the pictures).  I then added some In Color dsp and Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum strips.

I stamped the floral images with Summer Starfruit, Strawberry Slush, and Coastal Cabana ink and then cut them out with my trusty paper snips.  I embossed the sentiment from Four You with Gold Stampin’ Emboss powder.

I added some sequin trim and pearls and then forced myself to stop.  That’s the hardest part!

Enjoy your Friday!  Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Cute, cute card! What is your favorite adhesive for the string of sequins? I’ve been using glue dots, but I seem to fumble around with that. They are fine for single sequins, but the string gives me trouble. Tombow was a disaster for me. Help!
