It’s time for another sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches and this week my stamping friend, Rita Wright is our hostess. And she has a good one for us:
We received a stamp set at Convention called Your Presents, and I haven’t used it once. So I decided I needed to put it to use. Even though it is in the Holiday Catalog and designed for Christmas, it is a versatile set and could easily be used for birthdays too. I made a Christmas card this time around.
I used a color scheme of Pool Party, Real Red, and Silver. While not a traditional color combo, I do love these colors for Christmas.
We’d love to see what you do with the sketch, so please play along and post your creation to the gallery. You can see what the design team made with it at the Freshly Made Sketches site for some inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!

Oh my gosh, I LOVE this card, Amy! First, the awesome color combination, then the perfect choice of prints, and then layered on the doily. The little details, the baker’s twine with the silver ribbbon and the silver glitter banner, were just-right finishing touches!
