Thinking of Falling Flowers — FMS247

It’s Wednesday, and that means we have another sketch for you over at Freshly Made Sketches.  We have been lucky to have Shannon Jaramillo with us as one of our guest designers.  She is our hostess this week and she has a fabulous sketch for us that allows for so many possibilities:

I needed to make a sympathy card for one of my sweet stamping sisters, and I wanted to make something bright and pretty, like her.  I used a new set I hadn’t inked up yet, Falling Flowers, which has a coordinating set of framelits.

Flowers for YouI started by sponging some Daffodil Delight ink onto a piece of Irresistibly Floral dsp.  The flowers were stamped onto Peekaboo Peach, Watermelon Wonder, and Daffodil Delight cardstock with their corresponding ink pads.

The circle was die cut with the Layering Circles Framelits Dies out of Soft Sky cardstock.  The Vellum cardstock scalloped circle was also cut with these framelits.

Flowers for You Close UpWe hope you’ll join us and make your own card using the sketch and post it to the gallery.  We love to see what you make!  Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has for you for a big dose of creative inspiration.

Enjoy your Wednesday!  Thanks for stopping by!
