The Superstar stamp set has several fun star images, and they coordinate with some of the framelits sets. Stars are always so versatile — perfect for birthdays, congratulations, encouragement, etc… and they are perfect for males or females. Everybody needs a good star set!
I started this card out with a strip of Dapper Denim dsp from the In Color stack. I then stamped the starburst image with Cucumber Crush ink and used a Layering Circles Framelits die to cut it out. The star and sentiment came from the Superstar stamp set. I hand cut the larger star and the smaller star was cut using the Stars Framelits dies.
I could not get images of Mary Katherine Gallagher out of my head while making this card! Any old SNL fans out there? She’d totally approve of this card! ha!
