Welcome to another Monday Montage blog hop! We are a group of stampers who love to share what we create with you, and all you have to do to follow along is click on the links at the bottom of each post.
Not having water colored in a long time, I decided it would be fun to pull out my brushes and color the large leaf in the Gather Together stamp set. Since I haven’t been stamping much lately, I went with a favorite layout to make things easy.
I used Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie and Mango Melody inks to color the leaf. I started by embossing the leaf first by stamping Versamark ink on my stamp and then stamping Early Espresso ink over it before applying clear embossing powder to the stamped image and heat setting it.
Keeping it super simple I added a little linen thread as an embellishment. The sentiment is from the stamp set included with the August Paper Pumpkin kit.
The Paper Players is having a Theme Challenge this week, and it helped me in choosing my sentiment for this card.
You’re ready to hop on over to Breelin Renwick’s blog. I always love seeing what she makes! If you prefer to work your way backwards, you can jump back to Wendy Weixler’s blog. Either way, be sure to work your way through all of the blogs so you don’t miss a thing.
If you should happen to get lost in the blog hop links, here is a list of all of those participating:

Enjoy your Monday! Thanks for stopping by!

Gorgeous! That leaf just glows with color and it’s so pretty against the gingham background! Thanks for sharing this with us at the Players this week!
Amy your watercoloured leaf is beautiful – so coppery and full of seasonal colour and it really pops against the turquoise check. You might not have watercoloured n ages but you’ve definitely not lost your touch. A wonderful heartfelt sentiment too. Thanks for playing along with my gratitude challenge over at The Paper Players this week!
Love the way you colored your leaf and perfect with the plaid! Thanks for playing along with the grateful theme this week over at The Paper Players.
I haven’t done much with Pretty Peacock – but you’ve sold me! It’s just perfect to make that fall leaf even more brilliant.
