Good Things Peonies — FMS440

It’s time for a new sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches and this week it is my privilege to be the hostess, which means that it’s my turn to make the sketch.  When I designed the sketch, I had flowers on my mind.  There are so many pretty, new floral stamp sets and I’ve been itching to get them all inky.  So here is what I came up with:

One of the new floral sets that I was eager to use is the Prized Peony set.  I started by stamping the flowers and leaves on a piece of Whisper White card stock using Poppy Parade and Granny Apple Green inks.  I then cut them out using the coordinating dies.

The sentiment is from the Tasteful Touches stamp set and was cut out using one of the new Tasteful Labels dies.  Everything was arranged on a piece of white card stock that had been run through the Big Shot with the Dainty Diamonds 3D embossing folder.  I love that thing!  The detail is just beautiful!

We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch.  We love to see what you create as we browse the gallery.  Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration!

Enjoy your Wednesday!  Thanks for stopping by!
