DSP Does All the Work — FMS#459

It’s time for another new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week our hostess is our friend from way up North in Canada, Jen Brum. She has a fun sketch with some fun angles. Take a look:

I didn’t have much time to make a card for this week, so I took the easy way out and let some fabulous designer series paper do all the work.

I love the Trimming the Town dsp! It has fantastic colors and I love the cute designs and patterns. It has an adorable stamp set. And it also has dies that coordinate with both the dsp and the stamp set!

I started this one by cutting out two snow drifts using the Home Together Dies. I placed them on a piece of dsp from the Trimming the Town collection. I cut out the house, wreath and trees from other sheets of this dsp using the same die collection. The sentiment was also cut from another piece of this dsp. Yep, not a single bit of stamping on this card!

We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch! We love to see what you make as we browse the gallery each week! Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration!

Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!

  1. This is such a fabulous take on the sketch Amy! I just love it! That little red house is just too sweet and I love those trees! This is the perfect Christmas card!
