We’re back with another new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week our hostess is the extraordinarily talented Canadian stamper, Jen Brum. Take a look at this fun sketch:

I thought it was only fitting that I should pull out the Pierced Blooms dies for this challenge since Jen had made a couple of cards using the dies earlier this month and made me want them with her cute cards. We joke on the FMS team that we are a team of enablers, and this is just one of the many instances where that is true.
I paired the cute die-cut flowers and leaves with the fun sentiment from the Pretty Perennials stamp set and the pretty ombre paper, which is a Sale-a-Bration offering.
I want to thank y’all for your words of encouragement after my post last week describing our recent tough times. Some good news — my husband is out of quarantine and is feeling much better. He lived upstairs for 13 days and I left him trays of food , clean clothes, etc… without really seeing him. We facetimed each night to catch up about what was going on. He didn’t lose his sense of taste nor smell, but he did lose his appetite. He lost 15 pounds while in quarantine! I really did leave him trays of food three times a day, plus snacks! I swear this would only happen to a man! π
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch! We love to see what you make as we browse the gallery each week. Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration!
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!
