Praying for a Sweet Friend — FMS483

It’s time for another new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week our hostess is the fussy-cutting, floral queen, Narelle Farrugia. Take a look at this fabulous sketch:

My daughter has a good friend who has been struggling with some undiagnosed health issues, which have gotten worse over the past few months. I feel for her, and pray for her often. I wanted to make a card for her and send it to her as she prepares for final exams.

I used the Pretty Perennials set and coordinating dies to make this card. The dsp is from the Fine Art Floral collection. I stamped the envelope too, which is a quick and easy way to add a special touch.

I stamped the flower twice and layered them on top of each other. The twine is some old, retired twine and the Holiday Rhinestone Jewels are on the current retiring list.

We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch! We love to see what make as we browse the gallery each week. Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration.

Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Oh this card is just beautiful! I love the DSP and that sweet little flower! It’s so pretty and I know your daughter’s friend will appreciate the card and knowing someone is praying for her!

  2. Beautiful card and colours! But I’m sorry you had cause to make it. I hope your daughter’s friend gets some answers soon and is on the way to good health.
