It’s time for another new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week our sketch comes all the way from France. Cecile Ribon, the queen of using die-cut images to make gorgeous clean cards, has a fun sketch for us. Take a look:
I thought this sketch would be perfect to use a die-cut flower (especially in honor of our hostess, Cecile) and some pretty dsp. So the You’re a Peach suite was an easy choice for me.
I started this card by stamping the leaves and using one of the coordinating dies to cut them out. I then used my paper snips to cut out the flowers from a piece of the coordinating dsp.
I used two different patterns of the dsp for the card base and focal panel. I love the pretty colors in this suite! Some Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon was added beneath the focal panel.
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch! We love to see what you make as we browse the gallery each week. Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!

This is gorgeous! I love that peach suite! The ribbon is very pretty with this as well!
The striped and dot papers are so fresh and pretty and set off the flowers perfectly!
Beautiful! Such a pretty feminine card and the ribbon behind the centrepiece really ties it all together perfectly (no pun intended!)
What a lovely card, Amy! This peach flower branch is absolutely gorgeous. I love how you created dimension adding some cut out flowers.
