It’s time for another new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week it is my privilege to provide the sketch for the week. Take a look:

I’ve seen so many people posting Christmas in July creations this month, so I decided to join in. This card is also full of sneak peeks of new products in the upcoming Holiday catalog which comes out in just a couple of weeks.
I started with a new embossing folder, the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder, which isn’t really a Christmas theme, but I thought it fit in with the rustic look. I embossed some of the new Kraft paper, which I love!
I then stamped some of the different images from the Christmas season stamp set and cut them out with the coordinating dies.
The sentiment is from another new stamp set called Merriest Moments. I love the gorgeous sentiments in this set! I added some new Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots and linen thread as embellishments.
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch! We love to see what you create as we browse the gallery each week! Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!
Amy…love your card! Definitely am excited to see the new stamp… your tease was wonderful!
Hi. What colors did you use for the pine cone? Thanks!
Oh, boy! Not sure I remember. Guessing it’s crumb cake (stamped off maybe) and Soft Suede.
Beautiful design! I love your card!
Love the foliage against the embossed background. Thanks for the sneak peek!
The embossing folder texture is perfect with the pinecones, Amy! Thanks for a great sketch this week.
What a very elegant looking card. You did a wonderful job with the sketch.
I wasn’t able to get my card done on time for the challenge but I still used the sketch. If you want click on the link and you can see what I created.
