There’s a new sketch up at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week it comes to us from Judy Rozema, who has braved the frigid temperatures of the Nebraska plains to bring us a fun sketch that we can work with in the comfort of our warm homes. Here’s what she has for us:
I have been having so much fun playing with the Bee Mine suite of products! I decided to let the designer series paper be the star of the show with this sketch and place the sentiment in the focal panel. I love the mixed fonts in these sentiments.
I used one of the new Everyday Details dies to cut out the sentiment, using a circle rather than a square as shown in the sketch. Some little resin hearts from the Adhesive-Backed Hearts & Flowers embellishments were added. I love how cute and flat they are — perfect for mailing.
Some Sweet Sorbet 1/4″ Bordered Ribbon was added as the vertical element in the sketch. And that was it! Super easy and quick!
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch! Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!

Love this fun Valentine paper and perfect sentiment! Great design, Amy.
This set is so sweet! Adorable card!
This bee paper has to be the best DSP ever! I just love it! Those bees are just too happy! Absolutely love this Valentine! So sweet!
Such adorable paper! I love your circle from the Everyday dies. So cute! And today feels like spring at 25 degrees! I saw a guy in shorts just now.
These bees are just the cutest and letting the background be the star of the show gives such a different and fun look to the sketch!
