There are times when coloring is kinda like therapy to me. And with a master bath remodeling project that is now in its fourth week (I’m ready to have my bathroom back!) and a home office/stamp studio project that is now in full swing (everything is piled in our dining room until we get the shelves up this weekend), I thought I could use a little therapy today.
I love the floral images in the So Very Grateful set because they are so pretty and they are easy to color. I used an aquapainter and my ink pads to color this one.
I stamped the image twice — once onto the Watercolor Wonder dsp, and once onto Whisper White card stock. I did use my Stamp-a-ma-jig to align the image. And then I colored away. The top panel is popped up with dimensionals.
We will be putting up shelving in the home office/stamp studio this weekend. And then I can move everything back in. It should be a happy day! Now, if only I could get our contractor to finish the bathroom!
Enjoy your Saturday! Thanks for stopping by!

Just delightful! I love watercoloring too.
I can’t tell where the watercolor paper is from the whisper white cs. It looks like one layer, unless you fussy cut all the image. Beautiful work though.
Sorry, I guess you said watercolor DSP, now that makes sense It must be the under side of the blue/green flowers?
Yes — you got it!
Wow! I hadn’t realized that you stamped onto two papers, how cool is that? Your card is beautiful! And “wow” again…. lucky you to (IN THE END) have beautiful new home projects completed; hooray! It sounds truly delightful! Remember, these misfit days “too, shall pass!” 🙂
Enjoy it all! Cheers, Donna
Such pretty coloring–I can tell you love to do it! Great card!
