I needed a birthday card for a friend yesterday, and I wanted it to be bright and happy.  So I pulled out a couple of stamp sets, not sure what I wanted to use.  I ended up using both of them, which was easier than having to make a decision.

The striped circle and sentiment come from the #hello stamp set (I love this set so much!) and the arrow came from the What’s Up stamp set (which has a coordinating arrow punch).
