It’s Wednesday, and that means it’s time for another sketch over at the Freshly Made Sketches site. And this week, our hostess is our incredibly talented friend from Australia, Narelle Farrugia. She has a great sketch that will be easy to dress up or down. Take a look:
I’m trying to give some love to the sets I will miss most when they retire at the end of the month. For this sketch, I knew that one of the images from the You’re Sublime set would work well and I think all of the images in this set are so cute.
I started by stamping the image on some watercolor card stock and coloring it with an aqua painter and my ink pads. A little scrap of Succulent Garden dsp, metallic thread, and some silver ribbon were added to finish it off.
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch. We love to see what you make and look through the gallery each week. Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team created for your inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!
