Another Wednesday, another new sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches. But not just any old sketch — a sketch by our talented friend, Rita Wright, who has a great one for us this week:
Since I have been hooked on Fall-themed stamps and colors lately, I decided to continue my trend and pulled out a set that came out last year and carried over into the annual catalog this year. It is a fun one to color, and I love how you can fill the baskets with different goodies.
I started by stamping the images on some Shimmery White cardstock with Basic Black ink and colored them in with a blender pen and my ink pads. A sheet of Wood Textures dsp and a scrap of Painted Autumn dsp were used as well
The sketch reminded me that I haven’t used a button in a long time and I really miss them. But I had one of these fun wooden Touches of Nature Elements on my desk, and thought it would go well with the wood theme of this card.
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch. We love to see what you create! Meanwhile, be sure to hop on over to the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!

The woodgrain background and the wooden leaves are perfect together! And your coloring is wonderful! That bright checked DSP across the back is one of my faves!
So, so gorgeous, Amy! The woodgrain background works perfectly with this sweet basket of autumn flowers.
