Here we go with another sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. This week our hostess is the lovely Linda Callahan, the one who makes us smile and laugh with her stories and who wows us with her paper crafting talents. Take a look at what she has for us this week:
I have really been focused on Fall-themed projects lately, but Summer is still not over, especially in Texas. I felt like making something sunny and happy and I pulled out a stamp set that hadn’t seen any love in a while, Colorful Seasons. I thought the branches in this set would work well with the sketch, so away I went.
I started by brushing on some Daffodil Delight ink onto a piece of watercolor cardstock with an aquapainter. Once that was dry I stamped the branches, sentiment, and flowers.
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch. We love to see what you make each week as we browse the gallery. Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!
