It’s time for another new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week our sketch comes all the way from New Zealand compliments of our hostess this week, Karren Johnson. And she has a fabulous sketch for us. Take a look:
Because I’m still in love with last month’s Paper Pumpkin kit, I wanted to make a friend’s birthday card with it. Using some of the contents from the kit, I made a card using the sketch.
I started with a Blushing Bride card base and cut one of the cards in the kit to make the dsp panel in the background. The flowers and leaves were die-cuts included in the kit. The sentiment comes from a stamp in the kit. The enamel dots were also included in the kit. I added a little baker’s twine from my own stash.
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch. We love to see what you make as we browse the gallery each week. Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has whipped up for your inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!
