We have another new sketch for you over at Freshly Made Sketches and this week our hostess, the very talented Jen Mitchell, has a good one for us. Take a look:
My son is graduating from the University of Alabama this weekend so I needed to make him a graduation card. There will not be a graduation ceremony as planned, which is disappointing, but he is going back in the Fall to complete his master’s degree. So God willing, we should be able to see him walk across the stage next year. I thought this sketch would be perfect for a masculine card, so I decided to make him a graduation card with it.
I pulled out some retiring products for this card. The Artisan Textures stamp set was used for the Smoky Slate background. I cut the flourishing stars die from Real Red card stock and adhered some little silver stars as well. The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set.
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch! We love to see what you make as we browse the gallery. Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!
