It’s time for another new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week our hostess is Kim Singdahlsen, our super talented Coloradan friend. Take a look at her fun sketch:

Now that I am in the throes of Christmas card making, I wanted to use the cute little penguin in the Penguin Place stamp set and I thought he would work well as a substitute for the tree in the sketch.
I started by cutting out some dsp from the Sweet Stockings dsp collection. I added a Wonderful Snowflake upon which to place my penguin friend. He was stamped and punched out with the coordinating punch. I then stamped and cut out the trees and his accessories with my paper snips.
I added some little Snowflake Sequins and cut out the sentiment from the same stamp set.
We hope you’ll join us and create your own card using the sketch! We love to see what you create as we browse the gallery each week. Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration.
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!
