It’s time for another new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week I have the privilege and fun of hosting the challenge. I designed a pretty straight forward sketch, but that doesn’t mean you have to follow it to the letter. The design team found some creative ways to use it, and I hope that you can find a fun way to use it as well. Take a look at it:
I wanted to use the cute Hello Ladybug stamp set and I thought the large leaf would be a good substitute for the circle in the sketch.
This card came together quickly — the only thing that took a while was cutting out the focal images. I used an old scrap of retired dsp and cut out the base layer with a Stitched with Whimsy die. I also used two of the new In-Colors — Parakeet Party and Sweet Sorbet.
