A Scrapbook Page

Sweet Treat scrapbook page

When I started with this papercrafting hobby, I started with scrapbooking.  It really is my first love.  But along the way, I found that I enjoyed card making even more.  I think it really became a time issue — I can make a card a lot faster than I can a scrapbook page.

But every once in a while, I get the urge to scrapbook again.  When I took this picture, I knew I’d have to make a page for it to remember the first trip to the American Girl Doll store with my youngest.  We had brunch in the cafe, and she ordered hot chocolate that was just beautiful.  It was a definite hit!

I thought the colors in her sweater really stood out in the picture, and I thought the Sunshine & Sprinkles dsp would complement those colors well.

Nothing hard on this page — the hard part is just getting the picture printed and off the camera.

Enjoy your Saturday!  Thanks for stopping by!
