Welcome to another Monday Montage blog hop! We are a group of stampers who love to share what we create with you, and all you have to do to follow along is click on the links at the bottom of each post.
With the craziness of the holidays last week, I didn’t get to finish my card for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge on Wednesday. I had most of it done using this great sketch:

When I first saw this sketch, I immediately thought of snowflakes where the stars are. I still had the To Every Season stamp set on my desk and it has three cute snowflakes on it that I thought would work perfectly.

I started by blending some Blueberry Bushel and Balmy Blue ink on a piece of white card stock. I then embossed the snowflakes with white embossing powder. The large sentiment was die-cut from Cherry Cobbler card stock using The Merry Christmas dies. The “Christmas” sentiment was stamped using a stamp from the Merry Christmas to All stamp set.

I added some Snowflake Sequins and called it a day.
You’re ready to hop on over to Breelin Renwick’s blog. I always love seeing what she makes! If you prefer to work your way backwards, you can jump back to Wendy Weixler’s blog. Either way, be sure to work your way through all of the blogs so you don’t miss a thing.

I also made some little 3″ x 3″ cards to put in the boxes. I’m not sure why my camera changed the color of the card, as it is exactly the same as the sheet of dsp on which the projects are sitting. I included some some square tubes that I had on hand but can’t remember where I got them and filled them with peanut M&Ms. Both the card and tag were made using the Spooktacular Bash stamp set and coordinating Ornate Frames dies.

I die-cut one of the cool frames in the Ornate Frames dies collection from black card stock and embossed the sentiment with some old Crushed Curry embossing powder.
